Ouzo SERTIKO, inspired by oriental recipes and ingredients, is the premium product of EVA's ouzo range. Delicious, bold, and very traditional, it takes us back to the habits and tastes of another era with its aroma.
During the production process, a double distillation ritual is followed, with the fruits, aromatic herbs, and roots distilled in a specific order and combination. Its characteristic strong aroma comes from the distillation of citrus fruits, ginger, coriander, cardamom, star anise, and anise from Lisvori in Lesbos, which gives SERTIKO its intense "strong" character.
For lovers of strong ouzo, it can be served neat to release its intense aromas. Adding ice water changes the character and increases the appetite for spicy ouzo appetizers. When cooking oriental recipes that use ouzo as an aromatic ingredient, SERTIKO guarantees the duration of the aroma and taste.
The award-winning bottle design features Ottoman and Byzantine motifs and completes its strong character inspired by past times.
